Our rugs are made to order. Please allow 60–75 days for production before dispatch. This is the time our artisans need to create your rug, not carrier transit time.

After your rug is dispatched and handed to the carrier, carrier transit begins. Tracking updates are provided on your secure order-status page and may take time to appear after the first carrier scan.
