Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.

Important Information

• Cancellation requests received after 1 hour may not be eligible, as production planning may have already started.

• To request an order cancellation, please contact our support team with your order details.

• Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
