All Oushakaura rugs are carefully inspected before dispatch. Once your rug passes our quality check, it is shipped with free worldwide delivery.

Estimated delivery time:
• USA: 5–7 Business Days
• UK: 5–6 Business Days
• Europe: 3–4 Business Days

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused and in original condition.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Any reduction in item value due to use or damage may affect the refund amount.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Made-to-Order Rugs

Many of our rugs are handcrafted to order by skilled artisans.

Production time typically ranges from 6–8 weeks, depending on size, design, and craftsmanship requirements.

Missing Refunds
