Each order includes one rug in your selected size. Slight variations in texture, pattern, color and measurements are natural in handmade rugs. Colors may appear different depending on lighting and screen settings. Please confirm your dimensions before ordering a custom size.

Made to order with 60–75 days of production before dispatch. Free worldwide shipping. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination and carrier; tracking is provided.
Standard non-custom rugs are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, undamaged, and like new. A 10% restocking fee applies. The customer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. Custom-size and custom-color rugs are not eligible for return or exchange. Damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos.
